Making a Couture Chocolate

Couture Chocolate

  • About
Our couture chocolates epitomize our business philosophy. They are tailor-made, fresh and natural. Alongside all of our products, they contain no artificial preservatives, which although means they don’t have a substantial shelf-life, it does mean that they are of the highest quality.
Using infusions to subtly flavour the ganaches means that we get the real flavour and do not need to use oils or essences and the chocolate can reach its full potential – being as enjoyable as possible without being full of unnecessary ingredients.
