  • About
  • Prepare the vegetables by cleaning and blanching, can be filled if desired.
  • Prepare butter and seasoning.
  • Deglaze and add enough stock to three-quarters the height of the vegetables.
  • Cook covered.
  • Glaze piece to desired color.
