  • About
  1. Chocolate-covered pretzels. It’s the perfect food—yin and yang, sweet and salty, crunchy and creamy—all at once.
  2. Milk. It’s the perfect drink with the perfect food.
  3. Butter. Why? I’m the butter queen of New York. It’s an essential thing for good cooking.
  4. Kasha. From my roots—it’s a homey, ethnic thing.
  5. Onions. Like butter, it’s a basic, essential ingredient—and there are lots of ways to eat them. You can use them for flavor, or as a vegetable.
  6. Lobster. It’s my favorite protein right now.
  7. Corn. I just had some roasted corn at a street fair, and it was great!
  8. Pasta. Eventually you’ll get tired of everything else, and you can have it with just butter.
  9. Tomatoes. I’ll need some vegetables, and these are healthy and good.
  10. Steak. It’s my second-favorite protein.
