The moment the madness hit me. That is how you’ll often hear me describing this leg of my journey. At the age of 26, most people have settled on their career choice and what they want to focus on for the rest of their lives.

Nope, not me. My bout of madness hit me at precisely this age.
After working for six years in the world of big words and fancy open-plan offices I sat with my friend Refilwe and hatched a plan. We would quit our jobs and chase the dream of owning our own business. It sounds so much easier typing that now that I think about it. Little did I know just how crazy the process would be.
