Here I’m just poking you with dirty sausage goodness. Hot dogs seem to be breaking out like burgers and fries did a few years back. I mean, who doesn’t love a good hotdog? It’s the smell of them sizzling on a grill at a fair, festival or any other event that reels you in every time, no matter how bad they are.
Over here we are not blessed with accessible, quality hotdog sausages and so the name of the game is to use whatever sausage you want. It could be a standard sausage, one from a tin or the bigger ones in a jar. Some of you might even manage to blag some proper thick, long hotdogs from your local butcher.
