Phaat Pies

Who doesn’t love a good pie? Thing is, I find the usual choice a bit boring; they’re all the same flavour fillings and there’s never really anything out there that’s… well, out there. So, here are some pies that are pure filth. You may want one with mash, you may want one with chips, or you can have any of them with whatever you want: that’s the point in these pies. They’re different but dead easy to make.

Ideally, for this section you’ll want a pie maker. It’s honestly one of the best pieces of cooking equipment I’ve ever had, only costs about £25-35 and you get awesome results. They usually make 2 individual pies so if you’re using moulds instead, just pick your preferred size and cut the pastry accordingly.
