THE RIDE
A pre-race reccy ride the day before the National 100-mile Time Trial Championships. Multi-lap, decent weather, fair course. (Oh, and I won!)

Breakfast: strong black coffee and raspberry baked oats (porridge with its lucky race pants on) made with oat milk, mashed banana, frozen raspberries and honey, and topped with nuts and seeds. (Stealth carbs tip: adding a mashed banana and honey to the baked oats ramps up the carbs without adding bulk.)
