A 100km ride in the rolling hills of South West England.
PRE-RIDE
Coffee. A big bowl of muesli with milk, to which I added banana, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes and some seeds.
DURING

Outdoor Provisions bars (Kendal Mint Choc and Cherry Bakewell), a veggie wrap (cucumber, tomato, rocket, jalapenos, olives and pepper) with sweet chilli sauce, garlic mayo and Nando’s Lemon and Herb sauce. And, of course, peanut butter – lots of peanut butter, right out of the jar from my food pouch. Coffee from a flask.
