THE RIDE
Weekly 2–3 hour training ride.
PRE-RIDE
A bowl of chocolate Weetabix minis, a banana and one slice of toast with raspberry jam and cheese.
DURING

I’ll have a homemade flapjack 30 minutes into my ride. I start my efforts at 45 minutes and after the second and fourth effort I have a SiS gel (vanilla flavour). After the efforts I’ll have a stroopwafel and ride home. To drink, I always carry two bottles with Robinsons tropical squash.

POST-RIDE
Two slices of toast with avocado, eggs and smoked salmon.
