PRE-RIDE

Porridge with nut butter and maple syrup, topped with Greek yoghurt, bananas and berries. When possible I have a flat white; otherwise I make an Aeropress coffee.

Worlds is normally raced at around 1pm, and I generally begin carb loading 3 hours before the race. I had a bowl of pasta with tomato sauce and some Parmesan cheese.
