  • About
I suppose a sunny, summer Sunday is the traditional day for a picnic. Luckily, we have many choice days in the Caribbean and the venue can be anywhere from the beach, a river “lime”, country cricket match or hiking in the hills. Be sure to pack enough large throws and a few cushions so everyone can stretch out and do what comes naturally after the meal. Don’t forget the corkscrew or the bottle opener. Fresh, cool water will always be appreciated. (If you are going somewhere where you can cook or barbecue, bring your chicken already cut up and marinated.)
