Food has always been synonymous to family and love to me.
Cooking a great meal for my friends, family, and clients has become my way of showing them just how much I care about them. This philosophy was instilled in me through witnessing people like my grandmother, my mother, and my uncle put all their love into cooking for our family and friends.
Cooking is such a part of me that I literally dream about what I’m going to cook sometimes. It’s not uncommon for me to wake my wife up screaming because I think I’m burning the chicken or something. And, I’m usually up half the night thinking about how I can push myself to cook better than I did the day before.
