  • About
There is nothing more simple and yet more difficult for those without experience than the making of English steak pies, puddings and their derivatives. The reason for this is that once the dish has been made up and cooked there is very little that can be done to correct any mistakes made with the seasoning, the quantity of liquid used or the cooking time.
