As for vegetarian main courses, how does Pasta with ‘Pork Stuffing’ Sauce sound? Not exactly vegetarian, but it is. The sauce simply uses some of the stuffing ingredients; it tastes delicious and is obviously also a great accompaniment to virtually any pork recipe.
