Oven Drying and Sun Drying

Here are two methods of drying—either out of doors in the sun or in a warm oven. In this country with its unpredictable summers the sun method is perhaps something of a gamble and takes longer, but if you can manage to time your picking and drying to coincide with a heat wave so much the better. Both ways are given below.
