  • About
This is traditionally a small bundle or parcel of mixed herbs which is cooked with a stew or other dish and removed before serving. It usually consists of sprigs of thyme, marjoram, parsley and a bay leaf tied together or packaged in a little muslin bag. Other herbs may be added to these and can give interest and piquancy to flavour everyday dishes.
