Restaurants often have their own sites but, as they are basically advertisements—with little else to offer—they are not included here. However, reviews and comments about restaurants are an important part of the web experience. Many bloggers post remarks about their experiences at dining places, and some sites are run like bulletin boards where people (customers or staff) can rave or vent about the eating establishments they visited.
