      Collection includes four hundred volumes published before 1900; the collections of Mary Ross Reynolds and Beatrice V. Grant, which form the nucleus of a ten-thousand-volume cookbook collection; and materials supporting the curricula of the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. Numerous cookbooks have been digitized in the Feeding America project website. Recent collection emphasis is on the African diaspora.
