  • About
I love a good sandwich. When made properly, there are very few things as satisfying or delicious. Unfortunately, they can be few and far between. Many people forget the most basic rule when making simple things: use good-quality ingredients and the results will be assured.
Sandwiches can be closed, open or toasted. In their truest form, they are simply bread and fillings, so we must focus on the quality of the bread and the freshness of the fillings. A delicious bread roll with good-quality cheese will be a memorable cheese sandwich. The same may not be said of a mass manufactured roll and a processed cheese slice.
