I have found that having a good supply of pantry staples on hand provides a solid foundation for putting together tempting goodies whenever I feel like baking. Stocking the pantry requires a little extra thought when you are living a gluten-free lifestyle, but if your cupboard is filled with the items you use regularly, you will just need to shop for any fresh ingredients that you don’t have.
