  • About
Fruits and vegetables are brimming with disease-preventing vitamins, minerals, plant chemicals, and fiber, so strive to fill at least half of your plate with produce, and go for as many colors as you can. The more hues your produce contains, the more nutrition it packs. Balance the remainder of your plate with one-fourth whole grains and one-fourth lean protein.
