Accompaniments for grilled meats, are quite a personal thing. I sometimes find myself craving for bearnaise sauce to go with grilled meat or fish - and to dunk my chips into. At other times I just fancy a bit of mustard and a nice, clean green salad. I’m not big on sauces, especially with quality cuts of meat, but some really suit a particular dish if you’re in the mood.
