  • About

  • Previously frozen fish should be frozen rock hard.
  • It should have no signs of freezer burn or snowy ice crystals.
  • It should have tight vacuum-sealed packaging.
  • If IQF (individually quick frozen), portions should not be clumped, which could be a sign of thawing somewhere along the line.
