  • About
I never see the point of hot tea, for me. It is just low-rent, poor man’s coffee, and as much as I love my adoptive country and try to embrace its customs, it is not something I can bring myself to like. Except when my wife makes it. She has a sixth sense for just the right brewing time, amount of sugar, temperature and cup. She rarely makes herself tea these days, at least not when I’m around, knowing she will get to drink very little of it. These two infusions are her idea, and though they aren’t my cup of tea (excuse the pun, you know I had to. . .), they have quite a fan base amongst our customers.
