  • About
I was asked if this book was going to be a restaurant cookbook. I wrote this to share my passion for seafood and favourite recipes. Hook Line Sinker.

“When I was growing up we used to go on holiday to Blakeney in Norfolk where we’d rent a place in an Isolated spot almost out to sea. It was called the watch house and the only way you could get there was by boat at high tide”

We’d hire a boat with a little outboard motor and take everything we needed for two weeks: all our food, sleeping bags, cooking equipment – you name it, it was in that boat. There was no electricity, so once we arrived we were fully self-sufficient.
