Salad is the purest expression of one’s appetite. They’re crafted often by instinct: What are you craving? What do you have around? In our modern world, the line between salad and main event have blurred. I’m not about to tell you how to make a side salad (wait, yes, I will: lettuces, cucumbers, tomatoes, and sprouts). Instead, here are more filling salads, which can be full-on lunches or dinners. Salads that will fill you up with amazing, healthy things (yes, potatoes are healthy) and never leave you wanting for anything. Except more salad.
