I never bake with glass or silicone. All recipes in the book were tested with metal baking pans, and I recommend using the same.
1 (8-inch/20 cm) square baking dish
2 (18-inch/46 cm) rimmed baking sheets
Bundt pan or mini Bundt pan
Standard muffin pans (or jumbo, for big muffins, if you like) for cupcakes
2 (8-inch/20 cm) springform pans, for easy release of your precious cakes
Oh, and parchment paper and cooking spray!
