Well, here we get to the sorbets and some frozen desserts that resemble ice cream.

I heartily recommend the purchase of an electric sorbet machine with a removable bowl. Once it’s on hand, it will actually be used. Keep a fair amount of Simple Syrup on hand to make impulse desserts possible. The syrup needs to be refrigerated until cold before use.

Look at the sauces if you want to gussy up your dessert. The meringues, the Yum Yums, and the Bonbons are possible accompaniments.
