I have ambitions to create a large central apiary which would produce honey to be distributed all over both north and south Yemen.

Yemeni honey is truly one of the best types of honey in the world. The nature of the land and the diversity of pastures from which the bees harvest their food, a natural wealth unique to Yemen, distinguishes the honey by both nutritional and therapeutic values. I started working in beekeeping in 2014, beginning as a humble hobby, and was fortunate that this love of mine progressed into a profession and a source of income, celebrating this incredible produce unique to my homeland. As my beekeeping business grew, I was able to increase the number of bees I cared for, in turn increasing the amount of honey I was able to produce. As these numbers rose, so did my fame, especially in the rural areas of Ibb and Saada, and I am now proud to sell high quality, local honey to many areas of Yemen.
