Room Temperature

“Room temperature” means what it says, and at the same time, it does not. Since a lot of foods taste better when not cold (as in not directly from the refrigerator), room temperature is specified. But this does not mean the 100-degree temperature of a kitchen in Singapore in the summer—rather, it implies around 70 degrees.
