Chicken breasts suit a lot of people because you can buy them boneless, skinless and all ready to go. However, they are also fabulous cooked on the bone to keep them succulent.
Legs are very inexpensive and are great roasted with lemon and garlic. Legs or drumsticks can also be rolled in honey and toasted sesame seeds and grilled.
Thighs are a useful piece of meat, especially for making casseroles. They have more depth of flavour than chicken breasts.
Wings make great bites. Lovely when all sticky, you can roast them with pepper and honey until caramelized.
