  • About

Pork belly strips with creamy mushrooms. You can buy thin strips of belly to be pan-fried or grilled like thick rashers of bacon. Eat with lots of fried mushrooms mixed with a spoon of sour cream.

Pork burgers. Choose a fatty mince so the burgers are not too dry, then just season and pat into shape. Pan-fry and serve in a bap with wholegrain mustard mayonnaise or sauerkraut.

Bubble and squeak with bacon. Serve bubble and squeak fried from leftover potato mash and any greens with thick rashers of bacon or a gammon steak.
