Fatty and fried foods are difficult to digest and can lead to gas, cramping, bloating, and diarrhea by increasing secretions to the small and large intestines. In addition to fried foods, which are fairly easy to avoid, limit consumption of nuts, nut butters, vegan mayonnaise, vegan butter (margarine), coconut (including coconut oil and coconut butter), vegetable oils, and rich desserts.
