Many plant foods acclaimed for being supernutritious, superdelicious, or simply useful in mimicking the flavors and textures of meat, cheese, and other animal products are ubiquitous in vegan dishes, but they aren’t necessarily kind to IBS sufferers. It’s almost impossible to find a vegan recipe, prepared item, packaged product, or frozen food that doesn’t contain at least one of the ingredients at right.
