  • About
Although following a low-FODMAP vegan diet may seem daunting at first, as time passes and you become more familiar with what you can and can’t tolerate, you’ll also become more comfortable planning meals and cooking. Dining at restaurants or at the homes of family members or friends can be more challenging, however, because you can’t always control what you’re being served. If you’re less strict with the diet when you’re away from home, you might suffer more symptoms for a few days. Although socializing is important, it’s also essential to feel safe when eating out and not have to worry about how you’re going to feel afterward.
