Some bottle labels, particularly those from the USA must carry the warning “Contains Sulphites.” Sulphur is added to wine at the winery as a disinfectant and anti-oxidant. In large quantities it can affect asthmatics but you have to place this in context - fruit juice, for example, contains far more sulphur than wine.
