Planning a Wine Tasting

Opening and comparing a range of bottles and discussing their characteristics is a good way of placing wine in context and identifying which wines you enjoy most. You, could, of course, plan a comparative tasting just for yourself, but it can be more interesting to have other people there, particularly to discuss ideas and perhaps to share costs. Wine drinking doesn’t have to be a serious business, but you will get more out of your glass of wine if you know what to look for.
