Manzanilla Very dry fino-style sherry made only in Sanlücar. Said to contain a slight flavour of salt as a result of Sanlücar’s proximity to the sea. Another Sanlücar specialty is an aged manzanilla known as manzanilla pasada. Both are zesty and fresh, and make good apéritifs.
