I always wondered why, on record albums, there were hundreds of lines, set in tiny type, thanking everyone who ever knew the recording artist, down to his grade school teacher, his dentist, and the person who made the grilled cheese sandwiches for the recording sessions. Well, as someone who has just finished a cookbook, I realize that without a cast of hundreds, this book might not be here, either. So I must say thank you to the following people, who contributed their time, energy, love, support, and ideas, and tastebuds.
