a. After evenly distributing the filling over the bottom half of the dough, gently fold over the top half (step 6).
b. Using a pizza wheel, cut the dough into 12 equal strips (step 7).
c. After forming each knot with one end of the strip protruding from the top, and one underneath, place them on the prepared pan, leaving about 2 inches (5 cm) all around each one (step 7).
