When I have to do some marketing during the week, I never have time as well to stop at a butcher shop to buy my meat or to make use of the in-house butcher in a supermarket. Instead I rely on the prepackaged meats readily available in every supermarket.
Because I know the cuts and how to cook them, I can make good use of these prepackaged meats. To make your life easier, I’ve made a list of the most frequently available cuts of meat and how best to cook them.
This list is not exhaustive, however. I’ve omitted some meats that, although readily available, don’t make sense to cook during the week because they’re either too cumbersome or too time-consuming to prepare.
