Every week, I fill in on two or three of my seasoning vegetables like onions, garlic, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Most folks would also include celery, but I don’t because I happen to dislike its taste. Your seasoning list could be quite different depending on your own family’s idiosyncrasies and tastes.
