Relaxed Entertaining

For those of you who love informal entertaining, your usual menu is about to be updated. For my Girls’ Night In, I’ve sorted the recipes and you’re going to love them. Think sparkly, indulgent, spicy and colourful. So, send your invites out, order the wine, buy a new outfit and get rid of any males until at least the following morning.

Now, for my Boys’ Night In, I’ve had to have help from the males I know, so if I’ve got it wrong, my husband and his mates are for it. Apparently card nights are the ‘in thing’. (Although I don’t think my male friends have ever been to one. They just like the idea.) I’ve got all the usual boy things covered - steak, flavoured butters, mash, whisky, onion rings, etc. I’ve even looked into the rules of Texas Hold ’em - in fact, I think I might hold a boys’ night in for my girlfriends.
