I’m funny about Italian. If it’s executed really well, it’s awesome. If it isn’t... forgeddaboudit. The Italians do some of the world’s best charcuterie, and I love the simplicity of Italian flavours. I’m also a bit of a tiramisu tragic. That’s my one exception: it could be a shitty one from the supermarket, or a perfect example of authenticity, I don’t care, I’m eating it.
