In 2014 Paris hosted its first ever “Paris Beer Week,” with brewers from the Île-de-France region representing a growing number of local brewers bringing craft beer to Paris. In the years leading up to this event, spots for enjoying local microbrews have flourished, with the popularity of beer bars and artisanal on-tap offerings reflecting a change in the city’s drinking habits.
