  • You can buy pre-printed designs on acetate sheets (from PCB, made with coloured cocoa butter.

  • You can also buy textured plastic (from PCB, which will imprint a different pattern on your flat sheet chocolate (see Coffee & Walnut Dacquoise).

These specific cut shapes all use the techniques outlined on the previous page.
On the opposite page more advanced techniques use g tools and equipment to create more shapes.
Once mastered, the flat sheet technique offers endless opportunities for you to create your own unique decorations.
