  • About
The name ‘verrine’ comes from the French word for glass. Verrines have become increasingly popular due to their simplicity and modern style. They are based on the principle of building pâtisserie or desserts in a glass and constructing them vertically rather than horizontally on a plate. They create a different visual aesthetic for the pâtisserie shop, one of brightly coloured layers of varying textures.
