Electric Grinder

It’s convenient to have a dedicated coffee mill for grinding large amounts of peppercorns. Working on the same principle as a blender, the two-armed blade pulverises peppercorns in seconds. Though compact and easy to use, electric grinders produce uneven grounds and you have to guess how long to whiz for. They are also noisy but they are useful for reducing a large quantity of peppercorns to a medium or fine grind.
