Three Methods of Making Dough

Here are my three recommended ways to make dough. All three will work with any dough type (except vegan dough shouldn’t be made with the grating method). Which you choose will depend on what equipment you have available and your own personal preference. If you are new to pie baking, I recommend you start with making the dough by hand, so that you can feel the dough come together, and then experiment with the other methods to find your favorite.
