People ask, “How did you become a pizza czar?”
I didn’t coin the term, but it’s a good description of what I do: oversee pizza making the world over. People look to me to help manage their day-to-day, advise on recipes, logistics, and equipment, and problem-solve—whether that’s finding employees or just needing to complain to someone about running a pizzeria.
Listen, a lot of people are faster, some are even better at making pizza, but as far as being an expert on making pizza? If a pizza czar is skilled in every area of running a pizzeria and many styles of pizza? That’s me.
